Born 1965. Oleg Bakiev is a graduate from the Ufa Aviation Institute, faculty of Automated Control Systems. Mr. Bakiev has worked at I.T. Co. since 1995.

From April 2011 – CEO 

Has worked for I.T. Co. since January 2000. Until then, Mikhail worked for one of the leading Russian solution providers as a director for software development for seven years.

He has implemented several large-scale projects for the development, introduction and support of bundled software for large Russian corporate clients.

Has headed the Custom Software Development Center of I.T. Co. since 2011.

Graduated from the Teachers University in 1995, full-time social psychology postgraduate study, IIM LINK, apprenticeship periods and various courses in the field of management and HR.

15 years of HR management experience, has worked for I.T. Co. since 2000. The HR Director of I.T. Co. since 2004.
