Description:
Developed a methodology and standards for business process modeling, created “as is” models of the company’s existing business processes of the upper level. Arranged the work on comprehensive description of processes, operations and procedures within the framework of agreed communication rules between business units in end-to-end service provision processes. Formulated the communication procedure between business units in end-to-end service provision processes. Developed a system of motivation for making and implementing rationalization proposals to optimize processes at each workplace

Result:
Developed a methodology for introducing the process approach to decision-making process, which enabled the customer to quickly begin implementing plans to improve its operations
