Implementing an unified system of electronic document management

Business challenge:
Improving operational performance, introducing corporate IT standards and policies for the Group’s companies
The scope of work to implement the system “ECM Logics. EDMS” has included: examination of workflow processes in the company, preparation of technical specifications, installation and configuration of the system, personnel training and pilot operation. Specifically for MTT, performed EDMS integration with its ERP-system, Microsoft Dynamics AX; designed document templates and configured databases, such as Office, Orders, Organizational/Administrative Documentation, Requests Approval and Agreements. More than 400 users in MTT head office, branches and subsidiaries work in the system
Enhanced efficiency, promptness and quality of communication with business partners, improved performance discipline and responsible attitude of employees executing documents at all levels, including top management
