The new system comprises document scanning, recognition and verification stations based on ABBYY solutions and a system of the document electronic archive built on the IBM FileNet platform. The system supports the work of more than 1,000 users

Result:
Created an electronic archive of scanned images of primary financial documents, interconnected with the accounting system. This has made easier to find the documents needed in the company’s daily routine or required by supervisory authorities
