I.T. Co. signed a contract with company Elit for transfer of the user rights to SugarCRM software. Pursuant to the contract Elit leased the CRM system for one year with possibility of prolonging the lease agreement in the future.
Currently Elit is successfully using the leased system, and I.T. Co. provides maintenance and technical support for SugarCRM.
SugarCRM system is designed for automation of the main client interaction business-processes management: tracking of potential clients, forecasting of sales, management of contracts, management of transactions and projects, registration of contractors, administration of business and tasks, organization of marketing campaigns, import and export of contracts, management of documents, preparation of through reports and many others. The CRM system can also be integrated with popular office applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Convenient and intuitive interface of SugarCRM is simple to use and does not require additional training of users. This decreases the pay-back period for the solution.
"Since we started using SugarCRM we were able to achieve some positive results: organize the clients database, track the activities of managers, shorten the time required to find data for specific clients, dedicate more time to tasks at hand. I.T. Co. has been promoting the SugarCRM system since spring of 2007, when it signed an exclusive partnership agreement that made I.T. Co. the sole official partner of SugarCRM in Russia and the CIS countries. In order to enhance its position in the developing software lease market (Software-as-a-Service, SaaS), in addition to SugarCMR in Summer of 2008 I.T. Co. started offering its clients lease of the BOSS-Kadrovik HRM system (developed by BOSS Kardoviye systemy, I.T. Group).
Company Elit specializes in import and sale of agricultural consumer goods. Today Elit accounts for about 6% of the luxury segment of Russian and foreign consumer goods market. In Russia the company works with the biggest retail chains and hypermarkets, as well as many wholesale companies.
