I.T. Co. implements a CMR system using the SaaS model (Software-as-a-Service) for BPC. 35 licenses of SugarCRM on-site Professional have already been installed on the BPC server. The I.T. Co. specialists will provide application technical support services for one year.
BPC Banking Technologies is involved in execution of complex integration projects in e-payments and retail banking services. The client base of BPC includes over 40 banking structures and non-financial organizations in Russia, CIS and abroad. Currently about 40% of transactions with international payment cards in Russia are processed using SmartVista-based solutions implemented by BPC. In order to develop long-term relationships with its clients and identify the extent to which their demands are met, the company management decided to implement SaaS class CRM system SugarCRM.
In September 2008 BPC signed a contract with the only official SugarCRM partner in Russia — I.T. Co. Solution SaaS means that BPC does not buy the software, but rather uses it making regular payments (rental fees) to I.T. Co.
I.T. Co., in turn, installed 35 SugarCRM on-site Professional licenses on the BPC server and will provide application technical support services as defined in the Service Level Agreement. The On-Site model presumes usage of the client's own servers, allowing for control of the information safety.
This flexible CRM system will provide the full information about all clients interaction with the sales, marketing and service departments of BPC. SugarCRM Professional will enhance the efficiency of the company's operations using marketing campaigns management, transactions management, contractors management, sales forecasting and clients servicing systems.
