I.T. Co. actively develops the area of IT innovative projects. The position of Director of Research and Innovation was proposed to Boris Slavin, who has great experience in managing IT services of companies and held an office of Chairman of the Russian Association of IT directors.
On July 1, 2011 Boris Slavin became the Director of Research and Innovation of I.T. Co. During 15 years he was in charge of IT services of various Russian enterprises, and the last three years he held an office of chairman of the Russian Association of IT directors.
In I.T. Co. Boris Slavin will coordinate the innovative projects that are already being conducted by the company, as well as enter into close cooperation with professional, scientific and educational communities. Proactive stand of I.T. Co. in business and social environment will allow implementing successfully the most advanced and promising concepts.
Certainly, the Director of Research and Innovation use his rich experience of public organization management. New top-manager of I.T. Co. will pay particular attention to development of innovative areas of the company, aimed at solving a wide range of socially significant problems with the help of information technologies that allow the company to invest both in its future and the in future of the Russian IT market.
Boris Slavin graduated from physical department of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1986, in 1989 he became the Candidate of physics and mathematics. For 15 years he managed IT services on enterprises of different industries: commercial, service, financial, production. At his last place of work, in non-governmental pension fund “Blagosostoyanie”, besides of automation tasks he was also responsible for technological upgrading of organization activity, including optimization of business processes and introduction of quality management system. Boris Slavin is one of the founders of the Russian Association of IT directors, and was at the head of its executive board during three years, from 2008 to June 2011. In IT community he is known as the author of the “Manifest of information society”, which defines the information society as the era of complete freedom of information dissemination and receipt. His numerous publications are devoted to the analysis of communication environment as the basis for formation of data-transparent relationship in business and the state.
