I.T. Co. has opened a new service division – "The center for scanning and retroconversion." Oleg Pegov was appointed its head. The center for scanning and retroconversion will employ more than 50 people, distributed over several Russian cities. Specialists for specific projects are also planned to be engaged.
"Today, the enterprise content market is undergoing active changes. Many large Russian customers are working on the introduction of fully digital business processes, trying to transform the company into a digital enterprise. Turning "paper" into "digital" is an integral part of this transformation, so the digital scanning market is growing rapidly. I.T. has all the necessary expertise, technology solutions and experience to quickly take a significant share of this market, "- said Oleg Pegov, head of the I.T. Center for scanning and retroconversion.
"We deploy automated systems for scanning and retrospective conversion with a triple quality control of data input in the electronic document repository / electronic archive for our customers. Moreover, these complexes can be located either on the customer's premises or on the territory of I.T. Co. and its affiliates, - says Oleg Pegov. – Their operation is similar to a modern factory activity: optimal working process with minimum resources. Components and staff of "digitizing factories" may belong to the customer or be used on a contractual basis".
I.T. offers digitization services for conventional managerial and financial documents, design and construction documentation, and performs digitization of information from any media, not only paper.
I.T. has been providing scanning services for current and archival documents within complex ECM projects since 2007. The Center for scanning and retroconversion was created to summarize and make the most of this experience. Corporate ECM solutions, including the creation of electronic document management systems, electronic archives and document storages are one of the largest and most rapidly growing areas of I.T. Group business.
