The Advanced Self-Service Systems (ASS) company, belonging to I.T. Group, took part in the implementation of a large-scale project of transformation of one of the largest Russian retail chains - TECHNOSILA.

The first pilot store was opened in St. Petersburg as part of the transformation program of TECHNOSILA company. Four modern, interactive self-service terminals were installed in the store. The high-tech devices had been specially developed by Advanced Self-Service Systems under the commission of TECHNOSILA. The terminals are equipped with touch-screen monitors to display information about the product, as well as thermal printers for printing out ordering information. Such touch-enabled kiosks allow to make the ordering process from the store warehouse and remote storage as convenient as possible. The functionality of devices can be expanded at any time for any business objectives. For example, the installation of additional banking equipment will allow to accept payment for the order directly in the catalog.
