Logika BPM (I.T. Group) has completed a project on the creation of a corporate system of modeling, analysis, and management of business processes for Gazprom Neft (Business Process Management — BPM).
In order to increase the efficiency of process management according to Gazprom Neft's order, a single methodology of modeling the components of the company's business architecture was developed, including such subject areas as business processes, organizational structure, objectives, indicators, documents, etc.
In addition, they introduced and customized Software AG's ARIS information system, which has a wide range of capabilities for graphical representation of the existing or target business processes by way of process models, their further analysis, and automated document flow.
The conceptual approach and long-term tasks were also determined in the sphere of organization, control, and distribution of obtained results towards the activity of the relevant subdivisions dealing with business process management at the level of the corporate center blocks as well as subsidiaries and affiliates.
"As part of the project, we resolved the tasks of not only improving business processes but also establishing associations with IT management in the sphere of architecture of applications, data and technological platforms," noted Konstantin Kravchenko, Head of the Information Technologies, Automation, and Telecommunications Department, Gazprom Neft. "We'll continue building the architecture of the company's management, making it even more efficient."
